Enjoy a three-course family style dinner with the local farmers and producers who have supported and supplied Local Source from the beginning, using products from each and every one of them.
Appetizer
Mixed green salad with toasted pecans, dried cranberries, smoked bacon & creamy balsamic dressing
Entrée
Herbed Chicken served with roasted spring vegetables, grilled asparagus & roasted new potatoes
Paired with a pint of our birthday beer, brewed by North Brewing Company
Dessert
Rhubarb Mille-Feuille with pastry cream, sweet rhubarb compote & vanilla whip
